I have been listed on your profile by ********** pretending to be FNB, this is affecting my credit score badly, I made means to call and send email, but no single reply I received from you guys, I do not understand why we don't get protection from your platform. You left contact detail to get hold of you but you not taking any of our calls, this is bad. I fail to get good scoring from Experian because this ********* only listed me on your platform, please help. I opened a dispute before, but the is no information I have from my side because the information listed on your platform is not at FNB, I contacted FNB to verify this information.
