Debt review that was not cleared.

I have settled all my account that were under debt review. Debt review department and I have send all paid up letters received from the creditors and settlement letter from Summit financial services. I have also complained on their page about the outstanding balance which was not updated. Please help me clear my name on ITC as I want a clean report. My name is Lebohang Grace Mafatle Id ***.
