DEBT REVIEW STATUS NOT REMOVED AFTER 5 YEARS

I was under debt review and cleared in 2017, all other credit bureaus have updated the status as per NCR. 5 years later its still not removed at EXPERIAN . Currently trying to apply for a homeloan and have sent a dispute inquiry when I call they say its removed but banks see otherwise so its blocking the application. Banks have indicated that they require a letter at least indicating that upliftment has been app**** as its not showing as removed on their side but they wont give the letter either. I m so frustrated right now as I might loose the house I m trying to buy because of this delay. Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
