Debt review flag

Kindly assist with removing the debt review flag on my profile. My debt counsellor sent all paid up letters and clearance letter to all bureaus on the 27 March 2024, NCR further gave all bureaus go approval and verification to remove the flag however Experian still doesn’t want to remove the flag. I phoned 10times already and they sent email saying the flag is removed till to date it’s not removed. What seem to be the problem as all other bureaus already removed the flag and you assured me that it’s removed however it’s not removed.
