Debt Restructuring not Updated

I have been having a very bad experience with Experian they have not updated my credit report under debt restructuring ,i have followed the correct process ,the debt counsellor has sent the clearance certificate to all credit bureau and only Experian has not updated and removed the flag ,i have sent emails to ***; ***; *** its been 4 months and still my ITC is not updated this is so unprofessional and frustrating ,i have not received a call ,no proper reply ,i have been sending my documents every 2nd day but when i log in to check no update. They dont even provide you with a reference number but i can see that the email has been read by multiple people.
