Hi guys. Ive been trying to get a hold of you for the longest time to query something on my report but calls go unanswered and you dont even call back. I had a loan with capfin that I paid 11 months ago but still reflects on my profile as active and this is affecting me badly !You need to improve your customer service treatment. This is not on
