Customer service
No one at the Experian call centre respond to emails or answer the phone's. You will hang on for an hour if not more. As 1 of the top credit report companies, their service is very poor on emails and answering their phone.

16 Jul 2025, 11:26What is customer service, when a call gets cut you call the customer back, because if we call you back we will wait another 6 hours. An agent phoned my husband this morning, the call gets cut, he tried to ohone back, he had to hold on again,with no assistance.
