******** credit search done - no service

A credit provider has done a hard search on my profile WITHOUT my consent. I have submitted my documents and complaint details twice. A certain useless consultant Nomthamsanqa Pienaar (Jira) cannot for the life get the feedback or outcome. The lack of service does not surprise me as the whole Experian report system is a mess. Accounts that should be showing OPEN show CLOSED and closed up accounts show open! This was all jumbled up by EXPERIAN and NOT the credit providers!
