CREDIT SCORE TO BE UPDATED

I have 3 accounts under my name that are still on Active status whereas I settled them August month already. I called today and there was no answer I waited on the line for about 50mins with no answer. I sent an email, no answer some are bouncing back because email on internet isn't working. I need my financial freedom back. service with experian is very poor. It's been over 3months since I settled all my accounts but still can't do anything as it's not updated. M***M
