Credit Score of 0, no assistance from Experian

My Credit Expert is showing a 0 credit score, this is not possible as Every Other Credit Beru in South Africa is showing a Valid Score. Including mycredit check.

I have tried emailing, no response, i have tried phoning in a dispute to at least get an answer, no reponse after 20 minutes of Hold Music.

Please sort this out, its not Possible to have a 0 Score, when everyone else is showing something.
