Credit score not updating

Am having a very bad experience with my credit score on this app, accounts do update but my credit score and pointers have remained the same for the whole year almost. Surely my score shouldn’t be far off with other companies which provide credit. Know info whatsoever on their site to query and update of my credit profile.
