Credit score never changes

Its so sad that most banks still use this **** of a company as a credit bureau, they never up date payment history my score is always on th same bar I sent countless emails and attachment letter for Damelin account that was supposed to be removed since 2015 but their useless agent Wendy she's on of the rude and ****** agent ever, when you can the sound unsure about what they do!
