Credit Score Dropping

My credit score is still a problem with Experian on mycreditexpert, this is really frustrating now. I tried calling to resolve the matter even to get advice as why my score is still low on mycreditexpert, high on mycreditcheck and the rest of the other credit bureau?

Hi, I have build a good relationship recent and would like to maintain it this way. What I need from you to understand as to why my credit score low with only across all the Bureaus?
You cannot just thumb suck without investigating and giving a generalized answer hence your service sucks.
