Credit score dropped again why????????????

So sad thought I would write a good review for once but unfortunately its another bad one my score dropped agen how can this be possible.

Got a reply from someone and it said and I quote. (Please give us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We will contact you shortly to address the complaint. ) and still waiting.
