Credit score

Hi please assist in the matter regarding my credit score being affected due to debit orders not being charged on my salary pay day ,

I tried to enquire with the credit beaurau about it but it seems they just not interested in assisting and fixing my issue , my payments on my credit score month after month is reflecting as late/missed , yet the people who debit me are very much aware that I get paid on the last day of the month , I need help to get this fixed because my credit score is not improving
