Credit score

I took out a funeral cover with unlimited now its appearing on my clwar score credit reporr althought i cancelled the funeral cover before it even debited how do i owe an insurance company money for a cover i cancelled i sent the email from unlimited stating that i dont owe anything yet the it still appears on my report this is affecting me on a negative way
