Credit report ****s

I am trying to get my credit report so that I can get the case number of a case where judgement was taken against me and have the judgement rescinded. I tried twice to reset my password and pin, I get an email back with a new password, but no pin. The call centre is permanently engaged. These credit bureaux make life extremely difficult if you want to get your free credit report, so that you are eventually forced to buy one.
