Credit Report pending update

I have sent an email to Experian on the 9th September 2020 asking them to update my report, I got no response or no reference number. I then got Legal &Tax involved, which by the way costs me money and time. After they submitted the same documents on my behalf we got a reference number(16th September 2020) I emailed them back today checking the status and they still auto responded by the matter is still being investigated and i will be contacted within 20 business days. Clearly consumers are not a priority for this company but they are quick to list with just by taking the company listing you's side. The fact that most people have bad credit records, including the innocent once doesn't bother you obviously. All i want to know is am i going to wait 20 days, months or years for my report to be updated.
