CREDIT REPORT NOT UPDATED ACCORDINGLY

I paid off the 3 credit cards I had with Standard bank in 2013 already but EXPERIAN has not updated my profile accordingly. The information to update accordingly was resend by STANDARD BANK more than a month ago but up to now these accounts still show as not having been settled. All other credit beuros have updated my profile accordingly except for EXPERIAN. This is affecting my profile or preventing me from obtaining any credit . I have also made phone calls but nothing has ben done.
