Credit report not updated

Two of my accounts Dumani and Cobol has been payed up in June 2020 already. Colecta the credit provider have been informing Experian to update my credit report. Up untill today the Credit provider have send emails and the spreadsheet to update but still the information have not been updated I have also send emails to dispute the information. I am really unhappy because this effects my credit score
