Credit report from experian

I have tried to get hold of someone about a despite I had on my credit report, after countless e mails and phone calls I received no reply or kept on hold for up to 30min. I decided to go to their offices and were told no walk in customers will be helped. Now again I am trying to get a credit report from them I have paid and sent proof of payment but still no reply or kept on hold?
