Logged a dispute, received no feedback or ref no: tried calling from last week holding for over 20mins, I finally got through today only to be told it takes 2wewks for the emails to be attended to because they have a lot of emails, not to mention the ****y attitude from the consultant who's answer to everything is \I don't know".
