Credit report

I have been trying to get hold of compuscan.i recently realised that there has been multiple inquirieson my compuscan credit report.that I'm not aware off.tried to lodge a dispute online but i did not pass the security question.obvious this is an issue of identity theft, even the securiy questions they asked me had nothing to do with me.
