CREDIT RECORD NOT UPDATED

I have sent you countless emails requesting you to update my credit records but nothing has been done to date. Countless phone calls to your call centre are not answered either.<br> <br> <br> I do not have 45 accounts to my name and none of my accounts are in arrears.<br> <br> <br> My Jet/edcon + altech netstar account were settled long time ago. <br> <br> <br> Update your records or at least explain to me why my credit record looks like it does.<br> <br> The other 2 relevant credit bureas updated my records and my score looks appropriate but experian is happy to add and keep old negative information on the records.<br> Sort it out<br>
