Credit Record Incorrect

Hi,

I need urgent support with removing incorrect defaults from my Credit Record. The one account was settled and the other was paid up more than 60 days ago.

I have been trying to call but your number is not working and emails are not being responded to. It is more than 60 days and still reflecting on my record and I am unable to get credit due to this.
