Credit Record

I do not know how many times i have called Compuscan i started updating my profile in September and i sent them letters informing them that i had paid up my Bradlows account which had been handed over to DMC, after 20 days they contacted me to say that i owed Real people , i explained nicely that i do not owe Real People but i owed Bradlows and the account was handed over to DMC , i have logged 2 further accounts which is Capfin and IEMAS both the credit providers have tried to assist me by sending emails to compuscan informing them this was paid . I then called compuscan only to be told that IEMAS AND Capfin haven't confirmed yet really how have they not confirmed when i saw the emails and i was cc'd , i took so much efforts to clear my name why cant they help , transunion service plus experian was able to help quickly and promptly. I am disappointed yes i got myself in this mess but why should i now suffer when i want to get myself out...
