Credit profile

Why are you playing with my credit profile like this, 3 of my accounts have been paid off long time and was closed on my profile. All of a sudden the accounts are showing again 7 months later in arrears . All 3 accounts have settlements letters. I logged a dispute on the 22nd July in the morning and in the evening it was updated and closed and the other one removed. To my surprise when I logon again on the 23rd July the accounts are showing on profile again. Please sort out and don’t let it happen again.
