Credit profile

Terrible company. They left marks during the pandemic on my profile and made marks for a few months in 2021 even though i paid and spoke to many consultants that said its fine this and that . I disputed the incorrect information and they adv that they will get back to me in 28 days I waited 2 months for a response via email passed its customer promise date and the information sent was useless it was literally just a breakdown of what experian does nothing to do with my dispute till today I am waiting they are messing with my life honestly they have made it so hard for me to pick up my score again to qualify for things it took me the entire year just to pick up my score they are so inconsiderate.
