Credit listing

Experian Credit Bureau (Compuscan)

I was under debt review till May 2020. I paid off all my accounts. I have received paid up letters, clearance certificate and my debt counselor (Debt Busters) also submitted all relevant documents to Experian on the 02 June 2020.

So Experian have updated all my accounts after receiving documents from my debt counselor except for 2 of my accounts: -Capitec Credit Card -Capitec loan Hence they are all paid up but still reflects as I'm in arrears and every month increases months in arrears.

I've tried sending them emails and lodging disputes since June to date, also contacted my debt counselor to intervene and no response from Experian.

Please assist with Compuscan credit bureau.
