Credit expert Standard Bank account RCP loan account closed not in arrears

I had many complaints with my RCP Loan, lodge many disputes and it was finally closed on my credit expert. Despite the account be settled down and closed it still shows 9months arrears which affect me when I app**** credit as i have to provide them a paid letter to prove that the account isn’t on arrears and is closed. Please can you remove the 9 months arrears on the RCP Loan
