Credit enquiry query please assist

Good day. I wish i could come here posting a positive review, but that`s not the case. Ive also logged a query dispute on the mycompuscan website. When i call the customer service the machine instructs us to send a email to *** sadly that mailbox is also full and the email returns? Guys why is it so difficult to get assistance from experian. You make it so tough for us consumers. Im begging you please help me.
