CREDIT BUREAUS NOT ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL

After sending my clearance certificate (I have F2 status with NCR) and paid up letters to query my credit report I received the following feedback:

You will need to contact the credit grantors and make arrangements or contact the NCR to provide you with details for your nearest Debt Counsellor to assist you with your debts.
