Credit bureau not being updated as agreed

Hi please help me get out of the credit bureaus I have done all u asked sent all documents paid up letters tried calling but ur phones just ring and ring.... putting people under bad credit is very easy but when they try to get out of it by doing the right things it's like trying to get water out of a stone....plz assist me
