Credit Bureau Dispute

I am extremely disappointed at how my case has been handled. I was unemployed for a period of 5 years between 2011 to 2017 and during this time my accounts were in default status as a result Capitec Bank listed a judgement. I have paid that account in full, it was paid in August of 2021 through the attorneys appointed to collect (Brooks and Lyut) I have submitted proof of settlement and a paid up letter to Experian for profile updating yet it has not been done. What’s meant to take 20 business days to update has not been taken care of a year later. Even with my healthy scoring I am unable to acquire assets like a home or vehicle finance because Experian refuses to update after numerous attempts to access assistance.
