Credit bureau

Goodday am very disappointed what Experian sa credit bureau doesn't update my account since march 2025 all payment incorrect no one respond via my email I contact Experian everyday no one answer the phone from customer care ..they don't care about customer they ignore email and call my email *** my contact *** I want to talk any one work via customer to answer my question my credit score decrease but am not skipping payment also I pay double and I pay before month end why credit score decrease not increase?????
