Correct Credit Report outstanding

I have sent this company emails since 1 September 2015 asking for my credit report,I have also made calls but there is never a manager available or she(Nicolene)doesn't return calls.I eventually received my report from a Lesogo whom was suppose to correct a few incorrect details to date I haven't received feedback and again I emailed them but still they are ignoring all emails
