Concern About Credit Score Not Updating

I currently have eight accounts listed on my profile. Four of these accounts are active and up to date, and I make consistent monthly payments on them. The other four accounts are in arrears, with the last payments made in January. My concern is that my credit score appears to have stopped updating since January, as if it is only reflecting the accounts that are in arrears. The active accounts that I am paying regularly do not seem to be contributing positively to my credit score, which is very concerning. I would like clarity on how my score is being calculated, as I expected the accounts that are up to date to improve or at least influence my score over time. At the moment, it feels like my ongoing payments are not being recognised. I kindly request that you: Review my credit profile Ensure that all active and up-to-date accounts are correctly reflected Update my credit score accordingly Provide feedback on why my score has not changed despite consistent payments.
