compuscan/Experian bad service
I am one of the south african society having a problem about Compuscan/Experian. Mr Arno Buekes knows me very well. my id number *** have been fixing same issue with you for the past year. Seemingly you destroying future of south sfricans not to obtain credit . At experian accounts payments are updated and compuscan does not update. None of my accounts are in errears or overdue. Theres always nagative information on my report. Woolworths account was removed from my compuscan report and when i checked Experian still showing.
please explain below comments on my profile. As each comment added in my name reduces score
* you are relying too much on revolving credit ( share accounts that i am relying on ) * Keep paying your unsecured accounts * Pay back more of your outstanding balances to improve your score * Secured accounts could help show that your can stick to a repayment schedule

if you can remove some of the comments you will be able to see what i am talking about. please stop making excuses . i monitor my report often and the game you playing .

We had a look on your profile and we do see a Woolworths account on your report which is showing as closed. If you do have a active account with them please advise us of the account number so that we can investigate further for you. The indicators under your score does not decrease your score, it is a guideline for you as a consumer. Your providers do not see that indicators, they just see you accounts and payment history. The indicators on your profile is just giving you advice on how to improve your score by paying your outstanding balances or keep paying your unsecured accounts.
