Compuscan wrong info and incorrect evaluation

I have decided to buy a property and I always check my credit reports with Transuion and Experien. I got both of these reports today. I have a good credit score and rating, with all payments up to date and no negative info. I was told that one of the bond originators use a company called Compuscan and I should just make 100% sure they have the correct information. I ordered my report today from Compuscan and was I in for a shock. They have not updated their records timeously, they have 3 open accounts on my profile that are closed, incorrect balances on my credit card and have given me a rating as high risk???? I have no arrears, no judgement's, all my accounts are paid on time.. I have been in contact with Lisa Nobrega, who kindly has escalated my complaint with their disputes department to update my profile and hopefully reevaluate my score. I just want to warn people to keep a close eye on their credit reports and ensure credit providers timorously update your records and the credit bureau does same. I am very pleased to say at least Transunion and Experien have got it right, and that they have provided accurate information with the correct good scoring I deserve.

Hello simplyme,

There are anomalies in reporting with all credit bureaus and for that reason, the law allows for a disputes process.

Our consumer care department tells us that your issue has been logged, a reference number has been provided and that you will be assisted with the same care and professionalism that all consumers that seek our assistance are assisted with.

Best regards,
