Compuscan service is poor
0n 17 April 2019,I obtained a court order indicating that Iam no longer on debt review. However Compuscan for whatever reason are still maintaining the review flag on my profile. I have made numerous attempts to get clarity without any success. In addition, they are still maintaining to credit accounts on my profile from 3 years ago and this is against the law.

Accounts may legally be retained for 5 years. The legal retention of 3 years is not against the law. You can refer to Regulation 17 of the National Credit Act for the correct information. www.ncr.org.za
