Compuscan ruining my credit status
I was under debtreview and received my clearence certificate on 20 July 2020. On 21 July 2020 the debt counselor emailed my clearence certificate to all credit bureaus for updating my profile, I was copied on that email. By law credit bureaus must update profile within 21 days after receiving clearence certifiacate. Compuscan have not yet updated my credit profile though they received the clearence certificate on 21July 2020, when I made followup they told me that they need certified copies of clearence certificate.Debt counselor sent them orginal documents.other bureaus have updated my Credit profile.

Compuscan was sent the clearence certificate on 21 July 2020 by debtbuster (debtbuster sent clearence certificate to all credit bureaus including compuscan on the email address you provided)
On 26 October 2020 debtbuster sent again the clearence certificate and all documents. On 27 october 2020 I have also sent the clearence certificate and all attachments to the email you provided and on *** and also on consumer *** what bothers me is that when I phoned during August one of your consultant told me that you have updated my profile. Lusizo Mati also rep**** to my email and said that certified Documents need to be sent, I indicated that documents where sent on 21 July 2020.
