Compuscan Playing Hide & Seek.

I am utterly disgusted by Compuscan. I have received my clearance certificate and yet it still shows that I am under debt review! How? When all I did was try and get my credit score in order. 8 months after receiving my clearance certificate I am still getting the run around. Last year I tried to apply for Fiber and was denied the facility due to me still showing under Debt Review. I received communication from Buyile Thobela confirming via email that there is no flag, so please explain why 3rd party creditors says otherwise?

I request a call back from management. This is unacceptable.
