Compuscan - not the trusted information source they claim to be!

The company is totally *********** and unhelpful! They make a mistake - they dont update their records - an account paid up 2 years ago is still shown as outstanding despite paid up letters from the bank and all Compuscan want to do is make it impossible to change their mistake!!!

They are allegedly a source of trusted information but their information is wrong and they are defensive and obstructionist when it comes to changing it and brining their records up to date! They negatively affect peoples lives and then they simply ignore the damage they do due to their *********** and obstructionist attitude.

I sincerely hope that anyone who is ever in a position to use their information does not use it due to its unreliability!!!!
