Compuscan not assisting in resolving incorrect listing on credit profile
I have been trying unsuccessfully to lodge a dispute with Compuscan for the past 2 weeks. There is a judgement incorrectly listed on my credit profile, where the judgement was issued against a trust. I am clearly cited in all the documents as a nominated official and therefore this should not appear on my personal credit profile. Other credit Beaurus have immediately rectified this error including Experian, which owns Compuscan. I have submitted all documents including correspondence from the attorneys that sought the judgement confirming that this judgement is not in the personal capacity of trustees. My attorneys have even written to Compuscan and the correspondence has not even been acknowledged. The latest response from Compuscan is for a paid up letter, and I am not sure if my documents were even reviewed or of this is a system generated message. I would appreciate some assistance as I face the risk of losing my job due to this incorrect listing. In line with the National Credit Act I want to give Compuscan the opportunity to resolve this dispute before approaching the credit ombudsman, however my dispute is not even being acknowledged.
