Compuscan is the worst! Avoid at all costs

Experian SA/Compuscan... More like compu****! We were flagged because a debt company used my id incorrectly for someone else to apply for debt review. All attempts to have this issue resolved with Compuscan has been a bust. They do not answer Facebook messages or phone calls. They do not respond to emails either. All other credit bureaus see no flag on our name, no issues with banks. Yet the bank where we are uses compuscan, which means a flag on our name. This ridcoulous service is unacceptable and i am forced to leave a review of the terrible service here with the hope theu will aort out oyr issue. The NRC and the debt review company have all sent their documents and evidence needed for the compusca to remove the flag yet they will not even try to fox this mistake that was made.
