Compuscan is the pits

I am really getting fedup with Compuscan messing up my credit report. My credit card shows no payment received for sep2017 to july 2019 but i have sent through all the statements showing my payments made through my debt counsellor. Everytime i complain then its fixed for a month and then then i look again the incorrect information is back. These months should reflect payments made not in arrears
