Compuscan had marked me DEAD!!

I tried to apply for a loan at Capitec yesterday and on Thursday. On both occasions I was told, I'm DECEASED and that I should contact Home Affairs. First of all I have a Confirmation of Life letter from the Dept of Home Affairs dated back to 2007. I also went to Home Affairs in Centurion to verify my life status, the finger print Hanis online verification system again confirmed that I'm alive according to Home Affairs. I phoned Transunion and Experian credit bureau as well and they have both confirmed that I'm alive according to their records from Home Affairs. The only company that has me as deceased according to their records is COMPUSCAN!.Why haven't they updated their records, where are they getting this incorrect information from. This is puzzling because I was able to apply for a small loan at Capitec just last month and I wasn't deceased then so why am i suddenly deceased according to compuscan . This is negatively affecting my life right now especially at this time of the year. Absolute incompetence -Appalling!!!!
