Compuscan failure to update credit profile

My credit profile on comupscan is not being updated , I went to the bank to get credit card am proovisionallly approved but compuscan is not updating . At first I thought it was RCS as that is what is showing as in arreas so it was paid last month via debt order and they advised that it will be updated , I check with Experiane and Transunion and it been updated except on compuscan . upon calling them they say they update when the get the infomation from the creditors ,yet the creditor send this information out to all at the same time . So I took a look at one of my other account too just incase its might just be rcs that is dealing a bad hand it turns out my nedbank loan shows last updated in september yet on transunion its update fully .So compuscan I see alot of people have the same issue with you . Please can you update my rcs record
