Please can you explain to me how you can run a business and never take a single call - I have been holding for around an hour on the various numbers you provide only to keep hearing the same recorded message. All I want to do is remove a dispute from my report so I can continue with a credit application and I cannot get this done. Your competitor, TransUnion answered the call almost immediately and my problem was resolved within minutes. It is a pity that we have to rely on your company to provide vital information when you are battling to answer a telephone call.
