Compuscan dropped my score by 29 points for NO REASON

I had 2 accounts, both accounts were closed in 2022. I check my credit profile monthly. For some unexplained reason in April. My COMPUSCAN credit score went from 628 to 599.

I do not have any new listings on my credit profile. No new accounts, no active accounts that i missed a payment on. No adverse listing, literally nothing.

To add insult to injury my query is referred to someone named Lesego who has noo clue about ***ol. This person just keeps sending me information about how credit scores work. I do not need a tutorial. I NEED AN EXPLANATION AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE THEN RESTORE MY SCORE TO WHAT IT WAS.

I CANNOT BE THE ONLY PERSON THIS IS HAPPENING TO. YOU CANNOT JUST DROP MY SCORE CAUSE YOU FEEL LIKE IT. I DO NOT WANT LESEGO TO ASSSIT ME. HE/SHE IS JUST DAMN CLUELESS.
